One thing that I have learnt from each failure, big or small is patience. Failure tests our resilience, our ability to be connected with self in that falling time. I remember reading some words like “Occasional failure keeps us humble”.
Whenever I have tried to introspect on the failure, I could see the struggle with patience. If, I could control my nerves better, I was able avoid the failing trap. Eventually, I could see the growth in my patience levels with each small or big fall.
However, a failure can only teach you and help you in future success, if you are ready to introspect. Like we hold the retrospective meeting at the end of a sprint in agile projects, to record the mistakes and the lessons learnt. In life also we need to keep doing the retro check on our own actions and ways.
Make the failure a companion in learning journey by allowing it to teach you something.
